For Ready to Wear pieces you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
If you've changed your mind about a Ready to Wear order, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. Digital downloads (patterns, eBooks, tutorials) are excluded once the download becomes available: at checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, as explained in our Terms. Commissions are a service: you may withdraw within 14 days of accepting the quote, but if you asked us to start work and withdraw afterwards you pay for the part already done, and the right ends once the work is fully performed (see Terms, section 6). This does not affect your rights if the work is defective.
